Wednesday, September 5th, 2007We finally did it! We took the plunge and roasted our own coffee beans!

We did record in the kitchen with the trusty iRiver so during the roasting process the audio is a bit hard to hear. It is recommended that home roasting be done in either a well ventilated area or outdoors. We had the kitchen window open and the vent hood on high. We would love to hear your home roasting stories.
